Background
- Ngan has more than 15 years of experience in external audit including over 12 years working in Mazars in Vietnam. She performed numerous assignments in various industries such as manufacturing, property development, investment holding, retail and logistics. Her experience includes providing accounting and auditing services to international and multinational companies as well as local and foreign invested companies operating in Vietnam.
- Ngan‘s role in the project is to technically supervise the full process of auditing, and to centralize the key information and advise the Company’s management on issues and possible solutions. She has undertaken multiple statutory audit projects such as Neovia Group, Haier Vietnam, TNT Vietnam, Schneider (listed in Euronext), Safviet Joint Stock Company, Bluecome Vietnam, Elca Vietnam, etc.
