Successful co-host event with Bac Giang Tax Authority

In this seminar, the experts of Mazars Vietnam Tax team presented two main subjects, including: the connection between Transfer Pricing and Customs and E-Invoice.

In the first part, Mazars shared our experience on Transfer Pricing and its connection to Customs, the basic rules and what to be aware of while applying them to practice with the presentation of our Tax Partner, Mr. Nguyen Hai Minh.

In the second part, Mr. Nguyen Minh Da, Mazars Tax Director guided enterprises on how to use E-invoice properly according to Decree 119/2018/ND-CP, which element is compulsory, how to define its date, how to convert from paper invoice to E-invoice and how to record them in the business system, etc.

We were pleased to received many interesting cases and questions from more than 300 participants in the Q&A session about E-invoice, Transfer Pricing related matters and the problems that they encountered. The remarkable 2 hours long of the Q&A session showed us that you had high interest in the information we delivered and we were very grateful for that.
