STT join forces with Mazars' integrated partnership - Mazars - Vietnam

On September 1st, 2008, STT Audit and Advisory Partnership (STT) and Mazars have formalised a merger plan for STT and Mazars & Guérard Vietnam Ltd, a 100% French invested subsidiary of Mazars in Vietnam.

Located in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, the new entity will operate under the name Mazars STT Vietnam.

Mazars STT Vietnam employs more than 100 staff including five expatriates, led by experienced French and Vietnamese CPAs.

Mazars STT Vietnam will play an important role in our development of the Asia Pacific region, where Mazars also has offices in Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. By the end of 2008, Mazars should have 1,800 professional staff in this important region,” says John Mellows, head of Mazars’ Asia Pacific region.
