She has a significant amount of professional and commercial experience, including eight years of audit in one of the "Big Four" and three years as Finance and Commercial Controller in the Philippines. She was involved in the audit of multinational companies with diverse interests and in various due diligence reviews related to the determination of net asset values for purposes of acquisition, rehabilitation, credit extension, spin-off, privatisation, etc.
